The Union of Maine Visual Artists is in the midst of an exciting renewal to bring together artists, art lovers, and organizations for camaraderie, exhibitions, and mutual support. Whether you are an artist or simply love art, we’d like you to join us.

- Meet-and-greet demos, artist talks and salons, critiques, and studio visits to admired peers;
- quality exhibit and promotion opportunities around the State;
- publishing opportunities in and a subscription to the online Maine Arts Journal;

Despite ambitious plans for the future, we have kept membership fees at a low, sliding scale starting at $25 – $45. No one is turned away due to financial hardship. Full-time art students can now join for free and exhibit with us, if they volunteer to help.
